Apply to Watts School of Nursing

Now you’re ready to apply for admission. Start by reviewing our admission requirements and then follow the steps of the admissions procedure. All the forms you need are at your fingertips. Use our Admissions Procedure Check-List   to check off the items as you complete the steps.

• United States Citizen or United States Lawful Permanent Resident
• High School Diploma or GED
• Preadmission Test
• Technical Standards
• Criminal Background Check

• Register for the preadmission test by calling 919-470-7348.
• Pay the $25.00 preadmission test fee on the day of testing.
  Note: Watts School of Nursing accepts payment in the form of exact cash, money order, and certified check. Personal checks are not accepted.
• After passing the the preadmission test, submit:
  1.  Watts School of Nursing application with essay
  2.  Signed Technical Standards Agreement Form
  3.  Three references
  4.  Mount Olive College application (No fee required)
• Request two copies of official transcripts from high school, GED if applicable, and all colleges/universities attended be sent to Watts .
